Currently there is only one way to install Smart Embed, however we are planning on expanding how it can be installed to make it easier for developers using SPA technologies like React to install it and get up and running quickly.

We are currently working on creating a notification system so that users can receive messages when new posts are created, posts receive comments, and so on. These will be delivered by email, however a Slack integration will be launching alongside it in order to receive those notifications in Slack. Additionally, we will be launching a Jira integration in order to automate creating tickets based on feedback received.

Currently all portal domains use the "acme.featurefind.io" format. Once custom portal domains are launched, users will be able to add their own custom domain, such as "feedback.acme.com".
